Company Profile

Abinition, Inc. (formerly Ab Initio Software) was founded in 1991 by Michael D. Bergsma as a consulting service to provide automation solutions for PROMIS™ customers.   The creation and evolution of the HyperScript programming language as tool for automation was driven by its implementation at several semiconductor manufacturing sites around the world.   HyperScript has a long history of being used extensively in production environments,  and continues to expand its scope and capabilities at new production sites.
